Meet Lynda

Lynda K. Haliburton is a certified life coach (with Sagacy Coaching and Integrated Attachment Theory), gifted psalmist, speaker, and author of The Orange Bush that Blossoms, a memoir that chronicles her cancer journey while caregiving.  

She is a native of Philadelphia, PA; raised in West Philly and refined on the West Coast, in the South Bay. 

Turn and Lift refers to her philosophy of coaching clients from modalities of Integrated Attachment Theory (Dr. Thais Gibson) to turn from core wounds and lift toward reprogrammed, transformative goals for personal and professional development. She holds a BA from San Jose State University in Social Science.

Her specialty is working with individuals navigating the complexities of advocate caregiving. Supporting caregivers with strategies that prioritize self-care, resilience, and advocacy for themselves and their stakeholders.
